All bidding will be completed on your behalf
as though you were in attendance. |

Most bidding starts from people in attendance
at the sale, the absentee bid may be used to open the bidding at no more
than half the absentee amount. |

The absentee bid will not be exceeded by any
amount. |

All absentee bids must be accompanied by a Visa
or Mastercard number or the bid will be considered null and void. |

The absentee bidder whose name appears on the
Absentee Bid Contract authorizes FOOTHILLS EQUIPMENT LIQUIDATION CO. LTD.
to process payment on the credit card number shown on the Absentee Bid
Contract. |

The absentee bidder agrees to all of the terms
and conditions of the sale, including checkout deadlines, proper insurance
coverage if they are successful, buyers premiums, shipping and handling
etc. FOOTHILLS EQUIPMENT LIQUIDATION CO. LTD. will make every effort to
honour your bids but absentee bids are not guaranteed. |
